Digital Blueline:

  • Tekgraf Double Proofer with Double Proof Manager software. This proofing device is 2-sided and runs from a HP 5500 plotter that is direct color managed in the Rampage workflow. Color output is ICC managed.
  • TechSage SpinJet and HP 1050 double-sided proofer with SpinFlow software

Digital High-Color Contract Proofing:

  • Epson 9880 Stylus Pro using GANS dye sublimation inks with direct color management via GANS color management software integrated in our workflow. This generates Dye Sub one offs and proofs for our offset presses.
  • NEW: Epson 9900 Stylus Pro with UltraChrome 11 color HDR inks, direct color management using Oris Color Tuner Pro. All proofs from this device are approved and certified via Taskero ColorPath, a color validation service. Color output is ICC managed to a G7 standard.

Prepress

  • ScreenUSA PlateRite Ultima 16000f semi-automatic GLV Thermal VLF Platesetter
    The PlateRite runs from Screens Dot Tiff Controller, ScreenUSA’s operating system for the VLF.
