Pressman Apprentice Training Program

Carter Printing Company created its own Pressman Apprentice Training Program in the summer of 2006. This program offers qualified candidates the opportunity to become a certified offset pressperson in a little as 28 months through our offset press training program.

 

This program is extensive, fast paced and rewards achievement. We have a dedicated instructor ensuring each apprentice is taught the best methods and skills one can impart via formal and "hands on" (on the job) training with periodic scheduled testing. To ensure their success, all of our pressmen are constantly training the apprentices as well. Mike Harlow, the PATP trainer said, "It really does take some smarts to become a Carter Printing pressman!".
