New advances in Carter’s graphics workflow

Carter Printing recently installed the latest Rampage Systems RIP PDF workflow (v 12.1) along with Carter Remote, the online file submission and proofing service. Coupled with our more recent installation of Metrix, the auto planning and Job Definition Format (JDF) server based program, Carter Printing again expands its services to provide a better customer experience. Early comments from our customers indicate these offerings are “spot on”, making the customer experience easier and more accurate, while speeding up the printing process!

At the same time, Carter Printing invested in Oris, arguably the most preeminent color management software and hardware to provide the most demanding clients the best rendering of proofs-to-press in the industry! Each high-end color proof is analyzed by the proofing device’s Spectrophotometer, software, online WEB verification and the human eye to the established standards insuring the high-end color proofs match* at press!

Along with what’s mentioned above, Carter Printing has advanced our offerings to the Dye Sublimation industry by supporting and producing high-end color managed proofs and one-offs (on demand and up to 44” widths) to compliment our well received offerings of Dye Sublimation printing produced on our offset presses (56”). These match our one-offs and visa versa.
